Hurlingham Living Stream
The City is creating a living stream at Hurlingham drain on South Perth Foreshore which will improve the quality of water entering the Swan River, provide a natural habitat for wildlife and enhance the amenity of the area.

Sir James Mitchell Park Lakes Sedge Planting Trial
The recently completed lakes sedge planting trial at Sir James Mitchell Park will improve the environmental qualities of Lake Hurlingham and Lake Douglas.
Clontarf Waterford Salter Point Foreshore
The Clontarf-Waterford-Salter Point Foreshore Masterplan was developed in 2019 to manage the City’s southern stretch of foreshore from Clontarf through to Waterford and Salter Point. The Masterplan provides a consolidated management strategy recognising the ecological, cultural and recreational values of the area.
Bodkin Park Living Stream
Bodkin Park features two lakes connected by a channel of open drain and a partially revegetated living stream which provides a stormwater management function.
Restoration of Mt Henry Spit
