Justice of the Peace

A free Justice of the Peace (JP) service is available at both South Perth and Manning libraries. JPs can witness affidavits, statutory declarations and certify documents. 

Please note our JPs are volunteers and there may be occasions when they are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

No bookings are required.

South Perth Library

11.30am–1pm Mondays and Wednesdays

Manning Library

11.30am–1pm Thursdays

JP services will temporarily relocated from Manning Library to South Perth Library from 11.30am-1pm on Thursday 16 January 2025.
