Policies & Delegations

The Council's policies contain statements of strategic intent to guide the City's operations and decision making. They have been aligned to the identified outcomes contained within the Strategic Community Plan.

The Council may delegate some of its functions and powers to the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with provisions in the Local Government Act 1995.
