A free Justice of the Peace service is available at both Manning and South Perth libraries. 

If you are temporarily or permanently housebound, you may be eligible for our free Home Reader Service delivering books and other library items to housebound residents.

Look out for our Book Stops at bus shelters located around the City and Little Libraries found at certain City facilities. These free community libraries are designed to get books into the wider community by encouraging people to ‘Take a Book, Leave a Book’.
