Precinct Plans

Activity centres are mixed use urban areas where there is a concentration of commercial, residential and other land uses.

A precinct structure plan is defined under the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 to mean a plan for the coordination of future subdivision, zoning and development of an area of land.

Within the City of South Perth Precinct Structure Plans have been prepared for our district activity centres in accordance with the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage policies and guidelines.
