Sir James Mitchell Park
Walking path distance 2km, average time 25 minutes
Sir James Mitchell Park stretches from the Narrows Bridge along the South Perth Foreshore, right up to near the Causeway. As one of Perth’s premier parks, it is an ideal location to enjoy a barbecue, ride a bike, watch the bird life and of course enjoy the wonderful walking paths along the river. You will find plenty of parking areas, toilet facilities and family-friendly rest spots.
George Burnett Park

Located on Manning Rd in Karawara, this park provides opportunities for a variety of uses, as well as access to a number of facilities. With a circuit around the park that caters for families, bike riders, runners and walkers, there is something for everyone. This great location is also home to the George Burnett Leisure Centre, Manning Skate Park and a sporting reserve.
Waterford Foreshore

The Waterford Foreshore, along the Canning River is a great place to enjoy some recreational pursuits, while taking in the tranquil environment. It is an ideal location to enjoy a barbecue, ride a bike, watch the bird life and take a walk along the river.
Neil McDougall Park

Neil McDougall Park is an environmental oasis in the suburbs that offers opportunities for activities to suit everyone in the community. A maze of paths circle the park as well as run across it, with plenty of spaces to have a picnic, watch the wildlife in the lake, play on the children’s playgrounds, and enjoy a walk among the trees.
