Our Customer Service Team is your first point of contact with the City. One of the team members will be able to answer your enquiry or direct you to the most appropriate member of staff.
After hours service
All calls received after hours are either actioned immediately in the case of an emergency or referred back to us the next working day for follow up. The after hours service is available on 9474 0777, seven days a week.
