IPWEA Awards for the Black Swan Habitat

Road Rehabilitation Works - Gwenyfred Rd, Kensington
The City will be undertaking road rehabilitation works at Gwenyfred Road, between George Street and Rathay Street, Kensington. Construction works are scheduled to commence on 16 March 2022 and take approximately 4-5 weeks to complete.
Shape the Coode Street Foreshore: pop-up session
The next opportunity to be involved in the Coode Street Foreshore project is at the onsite Shape the Coode Street Foreshore pop-up session on Saturday 2 April. There will be activities for all ages, designed to help further shape the vision for the Coode Street Foreshore.

The City is seeking feedback on a proposed bike link that will create a safer route between Canning Bridge and Curtin University.

Underground power is one step closer in the South Perth and Hurlingham project areas.
Neil McDougall Lake works to address water quality
The City will be undertaking environmentally sensitive works at Neil McDougall Lake to significantly improve the water quality, increase biodiversity and enhance the landscape and amenity value of the lake and surrounds. Works will commence 21 March and are expected to be completed in August 2022.
