Major Land Transaction – Collier Park Golf Course Business Plan
The City of South Perth hereby gives Statewide public notice that it proposes to undertake a major land transaction in accordance with Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995 for Collier Park Golf Course.
Road works to begin 2 September at Ruth Street in Como
The City of South Perth will be conducting Road Rehab works on Ruth Street, between Brittain and Eleanor Streets, in Como from Monday 2 September 2024. Works will take approximately four weeks, between the hours of 7am and 5pm, weather permitting.
