Volunteers make a difference
As part of National Volunteer Week, the City would like to acknowledge the contribution and dedication of all the amazing volunteers in our local community. This year’s theme is Changing Communities, Changing Lives.

Approved works within the City of South Perth for 18-24 May 2020.
Tender 9/2020 Supplementary Survey Services
The City invites detailed submissions from suitably qualified consultants to submit tenders for the provision of supplementary survey services within the City. Tender closes 4pm, Friday 5 June 2020.
Phase 2 sport and recreation venue guidelines
Sport and recreation venues will be allowed to re-open subject to compliance with conditions outlined in the COVID Safety Guidelines for Sport and Recreation.
Road works on Coode Street, South Perth
The works will take approx 2 weeks to complete, weather permitting, and will be confined to the hours of 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Libraries to open with modified services
From Monday 18 May 2020, South Perth and Manning libraries will reopen under revised conditions with a limit of 20 people at any time, physical distancing and hygiene practices in place.

Council will consider draft Scheme Amendment No. 63 - Preston Street Neighbourhood Centre at the May round of meetings.
Planning under way for reopening of City facilities
Plans are under way for the safe reopening of City facilities including the libraries, and George Burnett Leisure Centre from Monday 18 May.
