Town Planning Scheme No. 6 – Scheme Amendment 61 and South Perth Activity Centre Plan

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with Section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved Scheme Amendment 61 to the City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme No. 6 on 21 December 2021.
The South Perth Activity Centre Plan (ACP) was also approved on 21 December 2021 by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
The South Perth ACP and Amendment 61 set out the City’s strategic vision and statutory planning requirements for development in the area between South Perth Peninsula, Richardson Park and Perth Zoo.
