Council to consider draft South Perth Activity Centre Plan

The City of South Perth Council will consider the draft South Perth Activity Centre Plan (ACP) and proposed Scheme Amendment No.61 for the purpose of public advertising at a Special Council Meeting at 7pm, Wednesday 6 March 2019 in the Council Chambers, cnr Sandgate St & South Terrace, South Perth.

Elected Members have attended a series of intensive workshops to further refine the draft South Perth Activity Centre Plan and associated scheme amendment, that were initially presented at the Council Meeting on 30 October 2018.

The modified draft ACP and scheme amendment will be available on the City's website by close of business on Wednesday 27 February 2019.

The report on the modifications to the draft ACP and amendment will also be available on Wednesday 27 February 2019 on the City's website.

All deputations and questions in relation to the draft ACP and amendment will be heard at this meeting.

If you would like to make a deputation to address the Council, please complete an application form at the Civic Centre or on the City's website. Deputation forms must be submitted by no later than 5pm, Tuesday 5 March 2019.

If endorsed by Council for public advertising, the draft ACP and scheme amendment will be presented to the community and other stakeholders for comment.

Following consultation, the City will further review the draft ACP and scheme amendment before they are presented to Council for final endorsement and submitted to the Western Australian Planning Commission for approval.
