Community Planting Days
Australia's largest tree planting and nature care event, National Tree Day will run on Sunday 27 July 2025. Grab your family, friends or colleagues for a tree-mendous morning.
Youth Tree Planting Days
Are you between 12 and 18 years old and passionate about the environment? Or looking to earn some community service volunteering hours? Join members of South Perth Youth Network (SPYN) to help plant new seedlings around Neil McDougall Park in Como and Lake Gillon in Karawarra.
All equipment and morning tea is provided. Volunteers will be given a briefing on the day by City of South Perth staff. A free sausage sizzle lunch will be available after planting.
Community service hours can be earned by participating in this event. Registration for this event is essential.
