Road Rehabilitation - Labouchere Road (Northbound) between Hardy and Charles Streets
Road rehabilitation works will soon commence on Labouchere Road. Repairing the road surface and surrounding infrastructure will help prevent further deterioration and ensure they remain in good condition for years to come.
The City will be undertaking night works as follows:
Location: Labouchere Road (northbound) between Hardy and Charles Streets, South Perth (see map below)
Date: Week commencing Monday 3 November 2025
Duration: Approximately three weeks Monday to Saturday from 7:00pm to 5:30am (weather permitting). Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.
The road works will include:
- Asphalt resurfacing will occur on two occasions, which may temporarily affect access to properties.
- Civil infrastructure upgrades to access ramps, drainage and kerbing may impact reticulation systems.
The City will make every effort to minimise the disruption caused by the works. Local residents will be notified by letter, and updates will also be available on the City’s website.
