Footpath replacement works – Gladstone Avenue

Footpath replacement works will begin on Gladstone Avenue, South Perth, from the week commencing Monday 6 October 2025, as part of the City’s 2025/26 Slab Replacement Program.

The works will take place between Mill Point Road and Jameson Street and involve replacing old concrete slabs with a new 1.5-metre-wide in-situ concrete footpath.

Works are expected to take around four weeks, weather permitting, and will occur Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm. Local residents will be notified, and updates will be available on the City’s website.
