Road rehabilitation - Dyson Street, Elderfield Road and Jackson Road

The City will begin several road resurfacing projects this month to keep our roads and surrounding infrastructure in good condition. 

The works will include asphalt resurfacing, carried out in stages that may temporarily affect property access, as well as upgrades to access ramps, drainage and kerbing, which could impact reticulation systems.

Dyson Street, South Perth

Location: between Market and Vista Streets

Duration: Approximately five weeks (weather permitting), Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm (works may not occur every day).

Elderfield Road, Manning - between Trumper Road and Kilkenny Circle 

Location: between Trumper Road and Kilkenny Circle

Duration: Approximately three weeks (weather permitting), Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm (works may not occur every day).

Jackson Road, Karawara - Wandarra Close to Jackson Road cul-de-sac 

Location: Wandarra Close to Jackson Road cul-de-sac 

Date: Week commencing Friday 12 September 2025

Duration: Approximately seven weeks (weather permitting), Monday to Friday 7am-6pm (works may not occur every day).

The City will make every effort to minimise disruption from these works. Local residents will be notified directly, with updates also available on the City’s website.
