Extended: Queen St jetty closure
The City’s temporary closure of the Queen Street Jetty in South Perth has been extended because of high tides during daylight hours. As such, contractors will be completing the works over the next two to three evenings.
Works will be commencing at approximately 6pm and finishing at approximately 10pm to coincide with lower tide levels.
While the underside of the jetty will be illuminated with LED lighting, there is no expectation light spill will affect residents or the public.
This work was previously scheduled for completion on Tuesday 26 September.
