Hoopla launches new parental controls

Online resource Hoopla has introduced Kids Mode, a new feature to help children and caregivers discover kid-friendly new content.

When Kids Mode is turned on, users will only be able to access content appropriate for children aged 12 years and under.

Further protection is offered to this setting with the option to set a four-digit PIN, which must be entered to turn Kids Mode off.

Hoopla offers eBooks, audiobooks, comics, music, movies and TV shows and is free to access with a City of South Perth Libraries membership.
