BorrowBox
BorrowBox provides you with access to a wide range of eBooks, eAudiobooks, and ePress, which include popular eMagazines and eNewspapers. These resources can be viewed online or downloaded onto your device for offline use during your loan period.
You can borrow up to 12 digital books (up to 6 eBooks and 6 eAudiobooks) and up to 10 ePress issues for two weeks.
Comics Plus
Comics Plus provides readers with instant, unlimited access to digital comics, graphic novels, and manga for all ages, without holds or waitlists.

Hoopla
Hoopla gives you instant access to eAudiobooks, eBooks and digital comics, as well as movies, music, TV shows and BingePasses – no waiting required.
City of South Perth library members have exclusive access of up to 10 instant borrows (including BingePasses) each month. A Bingepass allows you to stream collections of interactive, educational, and entertaining media without costly subscription fees.
Libby by Overdrive
Libby by OverDrive provides access to thousands of eBooks ,eAudiobooks and ePress, which can be viewed online or downloaded onto your device for offline use during your loan period.
You can borrow up to 10 items for three weeks.

Project Gutenburg
Project Gutenburg is a collection of over 75,000 free public domain eBooks. Choose among free epub and Kindle-supported files of eBooks, where you can download or read online.
No library card or login is required.
