Funding boost to deliver community concerts in 2023

The City has been successful in securing funding from Lotterywest to assist in bringing two exciting events to the community in early 2023. 

The $20,000 grant will help the City deliver two outdoor concerts. Both events will shine a light on Western Australian artists, offering a platform to showcase local talent while bringing free entertainment to the community.

Part of the City's popular Sounds in the Park series, the first concert will be held in February at Ryrie Reserve in Como featuring family friendly activities and a performance by a Western Australian artist yet to be announced.

Details about the second concert to be held in March will be released soon. 

The WA Government, through Lotterywest, supports community projects and events, helping to build a better WA together.
