Voting in the local government election

2021 Elections

The local government election will be held on Saturday 16 October 2021.The City is encouraging anyone who has not posted their vote to visit the Civic Centre and place it in the ballot box to ensure it is received in time. Polls close at 6pm on election day. 

The election will fill the following vacancies on Council:
Como Ward - 1 Councillor 4 year term
Mill Point Ward - 1 Councillor 4 year term
Moresby Ward - 1 Councillor 4 year term

There will be no election for the Manning Ward after Cr Blake D'Souza was elected unopposed for a 4 year term.

Electors who live in the Mill Point, Como or Moresby Ward, were sent an election voting pack by post. If you have misplaced your voting pack or it hasn't arrived, please visit the City's Civic Centre, Cnr Sandgate St & South Tce South Perth for a replacement.
