South Perth Activity Centre Plan submitted to WAPC

The South Perth Activity Centre Plan (ACP) was considered at the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) Statutory Planning Committee meeting earlier this year. It was determined at the meeting that a number of modifications and preparation of supporting technical reports were required before the ACP is submitted for final approval.
 
The City has now finalised these modifications and technical reports as directed. Accordingly, the ACP has been resubmitted to the Western Australian Planning Commission for final approval, which is anticipated to occur later this year.
 
A further update will be provided once the South Perth ACP is confirmed on the Statutory Planning Committee agenda for final determination.
