ITP and EDP to be considered at September Council meeting

Following community and stakeholder engagement earlier this year, Council will consider the Integrated Transport Plan and the Economic Development Plan for adoption at the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 28 September 2021.

These two important planning documents form part of our Thriving Neighbourhoods project.

Over the next 10-20 years the Greater Perth region will grow towards a population of 3.5 million people and we're planning for our share of that growth through.

Thriving Neighbourhoods brings together:

• Local Planning Scheme 7
• Economic Development Plan
• Integrated Transport Plan.

These plans will ensure we responsibly plan for a growing population, provide an efficient transport network, provide for the needs of a growing community and support local businesses.
