Aerial mosquito larvicide treatment

The City is carrying out an aerial larvicide treatment today, Monday 11 January between 9am and 4pm.

The treatment will take place in the wetland area south of Waterford from Cygnia Cove through to the Salter Point Lagoon.

In accordance with the City’s Mosquito Management Plan, due to recent high tides inundating the wetlands, the larval activity now requires treatment. Vectobac G will be applied at label rates.
