Free Kids/Family Library Youth

Youth Week is the biggest celebration of young people in Western Australia.

The year's theme is "Strength in Our Stories", which captures everyone's diverse experiences and upbringing and how it shapes us into the people we are today.

Grab your crew and join our free events to celebrate young people and their positive contributions to our community. Connect with others, find your groove, challenge and express yourself with new skills, and engage with services across the City.

There are also plenty of events to enjoy during the school holidays, as well as a new YA Book Club at South Perth Library. You can also check out our brand-new Youth Space at Manning Library.

Are you aged 10-25 and have ideas about activities for young people or want to share your voice? Become a member of the South Perth Youth Network today.

SPYN members will be available during Youth Week events so don’t be shy and have a chat to learn about the opportunities available.
