In this supportive, non‑judgmental, meditative space, you’ll be encouraged to let intuition lead the way, with no artistic background necessary—just open curiosity and a willingness to explore colour, form, and creative flow.

What to expect:

• This is an opportunity for adults to try a new art or craft with the support of a professional artist and educator.

• It will begin with a short mindfulness activity to get you in the creative flow.

• There is no expectation that you will bring anything except a willingness to "have a go"!

• All experience levels welcome.
