The Next Generation: Strength, Vision and Legacy

NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for all Australians to learn about First Nations cultures, histories and achievements.

The 2025 National NAIDOC Week theme is ‘The Next Generation: Strength, Vision and Legacy'.

As National NAIDOC Week marks a 50 year milestone, this year's theme celebrates not only the achievements of the past but the bright future ahead, empowered by the strength of our young leaders, the vision of our communities, and the legacy of our ancestors.

Free NAIDOC Week events and activities will be held across the City from 6-13 July 2025 and we encourage everyone to participate in our celebrations.
