Have you ever wanted to know more about bush tucker? Want to incorporate some local bush tucker ingredients into your recipes and diet?
Join us for this talk by Joe Collard, a Biboolmirn Nyoongar man with traditional and ancestral ties in the Perth metropolitan region and surrounding areas. Joe will give you an overview of fantastic local bush tucker ingredients, how they are sourced and how you can use them.
