Take a seat and join us for a cuppa, some popcorn, and a free screening of the French movie Le Comte de Monte-Cristo (The Count of Monte Cristo) at South Perth Library.  

Based on the classic French novel by Alexandre Dumas, this 2024 adaptation of Le Comte de Monte-Cristo is the story of wrongfully imprisoned sailor Edmond Dantès and his escape in order to exact revenge.  

As the movie has a total runtime of 2hr 58min, there will be a short intermission where macarons will be served.

This is a special edition of Popcorn and Pictures presented in celebration of Harmony Week. Harmony Week is held from 15 to 21 March every year and encourages everyone to experience, explore and appreciate WA's cultural diversity.
