Have the library delivered to your door

Did you know that our Libraries offer a service that delivers library items straight to your door?

City of South Perth residents who are temporarily or permanently housebound and unable to access the library can have books, audiobooks and DVDs delivered every two weeks either to their residence or aged care facility. 

Experienced library staff will select items according to your interests, and friendly volunteers will exchange them each fortnight.

This is a service that brings the benefits of reading, watching and listening to those who would otherwise not be able to access library services, and it is highly valued by those who have joined.

If you or a loved one is interested, simply apply using our Home Reader Application form and submit it to the library.
