Public Library Strategy Survey

News Update 23 March 2022

The State Library of Western Australia and Public Libraries WA are seeking your input into the WA Public Libraries Strategy 2022-2026.

This is your opportunity to have your say about what libraries can do for your community!

To guide the collaborative work of WA public libraries in the next five years a statewide Strategy is being developed.

The State Library of Western Australia and Public Libraries WA are seeking feedback on the draft Strategy from community members, people and organisations who work with WA communities to ensure that WA public libraries continue to be a living force for equity, diversity and inclusion.

Before you start the survey, please take a look at the DRAFT - WA Public Libraries Strategy 2022-2026.

The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete (depending on your answers). The survey has 16 questions in total. You are welcome to answer all of the questions in the survey or just the ones you feel strongly about. Only Question 3 is mandatory (your postcode).

If you have any questions about the survey or consultation process please contact public.libraries@slwa.wa.gov.au.

The survey closes on 8 April 2022.
