Interruptions to online payments

Update 24 November 2025: This issue has been resolved and we are now accepting payments via our website.

The City is currently experiencing issues with its online payment gateway.

This is impacting customers paying their rates instalment via our website.

We are liaising with the Commonwealth Bank to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will keep our customers updated.

In the meantime, payments can be made the following ways:

• BPay
• in person at our Civic Centre
• at any Australia Post Office

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
