Civic Centre Administration Office temporary closure

Public Notice 11 November 2025
The Civic Centre administration office will be temporarily closed on Monday 17 November from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
  
Calls will be redirected to Connect and the front counter will be closed. Please make arrangements to visit outside of this time.  If you have a scheduled appointment during this period, please contact the relevant officer directly upon arrival. 

Did you know that you can make a number of payments online? Invoices such as rates, infringements and cat/dog registration renewals can be paid by visiting our Make a Payment page.  
 
Alternatively, please call or visit after 8.30am on Tuesday 18 November, when normal hours will resume.
