Footpath replacement - Eric Street, Como

The City of South Perth will begin replacing the footpath on Eric Street, between Coode and McDonald Streets, Como, as part of the 2025/26 Slab Replacement Program. The project involves removing old concrete slabs and constructing a new 1.5m-wide in situ concrete footpath.

Location: Eric Street, between Coode Street and McDonald Street, Como.

Date: Week commencing Monday 25 August 2025.

Duration: Approximately four weeks, weather permitting. Works will take place Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, with efforts made to minimise disruption.

Residents will be notified by letter, and updates will be available on the City’s website.
