Comer Reserve Pavilion EOI extended

The closing date for expressions of interest to lease the new space in the Comer Reserve Pavilion in Como has been extended.

The Comer Reserve Pavilion has recently been upgraded to include a brand new space facing Melville Parade, which is now available for lease. This space presents an exciting opportunity for a business to service the Comer Reserve precinct and surrounding area which includes a playground, sports oval, toy library and a brand new dog exercise park.

The City of South Perth is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from businesses, service providers, residents, community or sporting organisations and not-for-profit associations to lease Part of the Comer Reserve Pavilion located at Lot 50, 19 Comer Street Como.

Applicants will need to provide details of how their proposal meets a range of requirements as outlined in Comer Reserve Pavilion Expression of Interest.

EOI now closes at 4pm, Friday 4 July 2025.
