Footpath replacement works in Como
Footpath replacement works on Gardner Street will soon commence as part of the City’s 2024/25 Slab Replacement Program.
These works will be confined to the street verge and will include replacing old concrete slabs and constructing a new 1.5m wide in situ concrete footpath.
The City will be undertaking the works as follows:
Location: Gardner Street between Coode Street and McDonald Street, Como (see map below)
Date: Week commencing Monday 24 February 2025
Duration: Approximately three weeks, weather permitting, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am to 5pm. Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.
The City makes every effort to reduce the disruption caused by the works. Local residents will be informed about the works via letter.
