Festive fun arrives in the City of South Perth
The City of South Perth is gearing up to spread some festive cheer with a series of Christmas events, beginning with the popular Carols at Sunset.
Warm up those vocals and get ready to jingle those bells as the City partners with South Perth Lions Club to bring this beloved event to Sir James Mitchell Park.
Enjoy the South Perth Lions Big Band and sing along to all your favourite Christmas carols on a balmy summer evening on the foreshore. There will be pre-show entertainment, children activities and a special visit from Santa. Plus, you can browse the handmade wares from the Youth Makers Market stalls during the event.
The South Perth Lions Club will be collecting gold coin donations on the evening, with profits going towards supporting the charitable and community services of the Club.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Keep the holiday spirit alive with our Christmas-themed arts and crafts workshops for kids. Available in both morning and afternoon sessions at George Burnett Leisure Centre, children in Years 3–5 will have the chance to get creative and make a festive masterpiece to take home. Book now to secure your spot!
