Learn more about active and safe ageing during WA Seniors Week
The City of South Perth is proudly supporting WA Seniors Week 10-17 November by hosting a free Stay Active, Stay Safe information session on 14 November.
The informative session will provide a great opportunity for older residents to learn how to embrace active ageing and prevent falls while also discovering local services in and around the area that can support healthy ageing.
The event will feature talks from a local optometrist, audiologist and podiatrist, with a question–and–answer session during each talk and light refreshments provided.
There are many valuable resources to ensure older West Australians feel safe, respected and valued in the community. Useful information and support services for seniors can be found online.
Places for Stay Active, Stay Safe are limited so be sure to register your interest and secure your spot online.
