Temporary disruption to City online rates services

There will be temporary disruptions to the City's online rate payment services for the following week due to an essential system upgrade.

From Thursday, 7 December 2023 to Friday, 15 December 2023, the online rates payment service will be unavailable. 

The City is upgrading to a new payment system for residents to pay their rates online. Whilst the new system comes into effect, online rates payments will not be able to be made.

Residents are still able to pay their rates using the following alternative methods:

• BY POST
  

  Send a cheque or money order to: City of South Perth, Cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth WA 6151. Please do not send cash in the mail.

• POST OFFICE
  Pay in person at your local post office. Find your local post office here.
  
• POST BILLPAY
  Pay by telephone via Post Billpay by calling 13 18 16.
  
• BPAY
  Pay by Bpay via your Financial Institution. (Minimum payment: $2. Maximum payment: $100,000).

Customer Service will not be able to take over the counter or over the phone payments during this time.
