Changes to Development Application Lodgement Service

The City of South Perth is transitioning to a new online service, mySouthPerth.

mySouthPerth is an online customer portal that will allow you to submit enquiries, view and pay invoices, lodge development applications, track your application status and access associated decision notices and plans, online at any time.

As the City makes the transition to this new online service, we will be unable to accept online development applications from 9am, 9 January – 12pm, Monday 16 January 2023.

For enquiries during this time please call our Customer Service Team on 9474 0777 or visit the Civic Administration Centre cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth between 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday (Duty Urban Planner available daily between 9.30-10.30am and 3-4pm).
