Public Notice: Penalty Units Amendment Local Law 2022

The City of South Perth Penalty Units Amendment Local Law 2022 will come into effect on 13 December 2022. 

The purpose of this local law is to make amendments to the City of South Perth Penalty Units Local Law, which prescribes the value of a penalty unit.

The effect of this local law is to set the value of a penalty unit, which is to be used in conjunction with the modified penalties expressed in other City of South Perth local laws. 

The amended local law is available to view on the City’s website or during business hours at the Civic Centre.
