Library Usage Survey 2022 - Have Your Say

City of South Perth library members and non-members over 14 years are invited to provide feedback on how you use your library, and what programs you would like to see. 

Your survey responses will help us to understand more about how our libraries are being used, as well as the needs and preferences of our community. Feedback from the Library Usage Survey will be used to assist the City to further develop library services and programs.

There’s also a good incentive to share your thoughts, as all eligible participants will go into the draw to win one of three $100 gift vouchers (terms and conditions apply).

The survey closes 4pm, Monday 12 December and can be completed online or fill out a hard copy survey at the South Perth or Manning libraries.
