Dog Registration Renewal - Incorrectly issued

Due to a manual processing error, recently issued dog registration renewals were issued with the incorrect owner's name. All other details on the renewals were correct. 

The City apologises for any inconvenience caused and would like to reassure owners that your details have been kept private and confidential. 

The City has reissued all dog registration renewals, and you will receive them shortly.

Payment can still be made without your reissued dog registration renewal either online, in-person or by phone: 

Online Payments

  • If you have your previous renewal and/or your animal ID number, you can pay online

In-Person

  • Payment can be made in-person at the City of South Perth Civic Centre, Cnr Sandgate St & South Terrace, South Perth, between 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday. 

Phone 

  • Payment can be made by calling the City's customer service team on 9474 0777, between 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday. 

Current dog registrations will expire on Monday 31 October
