Road Rehabilitation Works - George St, Kensington on Tuesday 21 June
In accordance with the 2021/22 Capital Works Program, the City is undertaking road rehabilitation works at George Street, between Douglas Avenue and Dyson Street, Kensington.
The City will be carrying out the final nightshift for asphalt works at George Street on Tuesday 21 June 2022.
Working hours at night will be confined to 7pm to 5am.
Temporary lane closures and detours will be implemented to facilitate the works. For the safety of road users and personnel, please follow signage and take care when driving in the area. Should you need to enter or exit your property while the works are in progress, we ask that you speak to the traffic controllers who will direct you through the work site.
Elements of the works may unavoidably be disruptive. The City appreciates your support and cooperation during these works, our staff and contractors will make every effort to reduce any inconvenience.
