City seeks to improve Customer Satisfaction

The City is asking residents and community members to provide feedback on how well it has serviced the needs of the community over the past 12 months.

Residents and community members that have engaged with the City will receive an email or text message on behalf of Painted Dog Research, an agency conducting the online Customer Satisfaction survey on behalf of the City.

The results from the Customer Satisfaction survey will provide recommendations for improving customer service within the City. 

All participants can go into the prize draw to win 1 of 5 $100 vouchers for local businesses (T&Cs apply).

Responses provided in the survey will be used for research purposes only and will remain confidential under the Federal Privacy Act.
