Temporary change to Civic Centre opening hours
Due to the impacts of COVID, there have been longer delays and wait times for customers contacting the City by telephone and email. We apologise for any inconvenience you may have received as a result of longer wait times.
To support our staff during this period, the City will be closing the Civic Centre one hour earlier for a one month period, from Tuesday 3 to Friday 27 May. The operating hours for the front reception will be 8:30am to 4pm weekdays.
The customer service team will still be available via phone until 5pm weekdays with an after hours service operating outside these hours.
Please note that in-person planning customer enquiries will be available between 9.30-10.30am or 3-4pm during this time. No booking is required.
