Notice of closure of pedestrian access way

Section 87 of the Land Administration Act 1997

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 87 of the Land Administration Act 1997 that Council of the City of South Perth intends to close the Pedestrian Access Way (PAW) and a portion of Public Open Space (POS) located between Yallambee Place and Koolunda Court, Karawara.

Written comment on the proposal should be marked ‘Karawara Pedestrian Access Way’ and addressed to: Strategic Planning, City of South Perth Civic Centre, Cnr Sandgate St & South Tce, South Perth WA 6151 or emailed to: enquiries@southperth.wa.gov.au.

Consultation period closes 4pm, Friday 28 May 2021.
