Words with Wine Online - Isobelle Carmody

Join author Isobelle Carmody for the latest ONLINE Words with Wine event at 7pm, Wednesday 27 May.

Words with Wine is a regular event held by the City's libraries, where attendees listen to a published author speak about their work, and read an excerpt or two.

You are invited to our latest event, where Isobelle will discuss libraries (as part of Library and Information Week 2020), the arts and her latest release in The Kingdom of the Lost series.  BYO wine and cheese.

The Kingdom of the Lost Book 4: The Velvet City is the final book in the award winning and beloved fantasy series.

Isobelle's work for younger readers includes her two series, The Legend of Little Fur, and The Kingdom of the Lost, the first book of which, The Red Wind, won the CBCA Book of the Year Award for Younger Readers in 2011. She has also written several picture books as well as collections of short stories for children, young adults and adults.
