Highway to Hell - Canning Highway closure 1 March

A 10km section of Canning Highway between Canning Bridge in Applecross and Queen Victoria Street in Fremantle will be closed temporarily on Sunday 1 March from 1pm for the Perth Festival Highway to Hell event.

Highway to Hell will create the world’s longest music festival stage along Canning Highway. Entertainment will kick off from 4pm, with trucks rolling from 5pm. Full details of the event can be found on the Pert Festival website.

Road closures and detours will be in place for this event.

If you live on Canning Highway between Canning Bridge, Applecross and Queen Victoria, Fremantle, you will not have access to your driveway during the road closure period. 

If you live within one block either side of Canning Highway from Canning Bridge, your property will be within the road closure zone but you will be able to access your driveway during the event.

It is anticipated that traffic and parking will be heavier than usual during the afternoon.
