Local Government Act 1995 

The City of South Perth gives public notice of the proposed disposal of the property at 49-51 Angelo Street, South Perth.

A market valuation for the above property was obtained on 6 May 2019 which determined a market valuation of between $3,000,000 and $3,500,000.

The proposed disposition is to Windsor Knight Pty Ltd for the amount of $3,220,000.

In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, submissions about this proposal may be made in writing to:
